Young Master – Curry Fish Paste (200g)


Ingredient: Onion, Palm Oil, Sugar, Lemongrass, Galangal, Dried Chili, Ginger Flower, Salt, Tamarind, Fish Curry Power, Turmeric Power, Shrimp Paste, Kaffir Lime Leave, Food Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E202).

Serving Suggestion: 4 person

Storage Condition: Keep in a cool dry place and avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Do not use if bloated or leaking.

Cooking Method:
1) Cook 1 packet of “Young Master” Curry Fish Paste with 400g of water until boil.
2) Add 700gms fish and simmer under medium heat. (Option): Add other ingredients like tomato slice.
3) Add 50ml coconut milk/evaporated milk.
4) READY TO SERVE when ingredients are cooked.
